Thanks for the explanation. As I said - I don't know much about that.

But isn't the sale of 2 extra books without costs better than not selling them? I know, 2 isn't much, but still not 0.

I can understand that you don't want to spread yourselve too thin. And if it's on your webpage at least it has a good home.

That's exactly it: More outlets require more versions of the book to create, keep track of, update and monitor. If there's a sizable return for the effort, great. If not, there's no point. I had the same problem when I put my books in the Kindle store: Very small return for the trouble (not to mention my profit after Amazon's cut), so I pulled them out of the store.
