I have a smartQ7. I'm running the v4.0 software and added Comix for reading .cbr.
The Unofficial SmartQ website details how to install it.

I read comics, ebooks, google reader and a bit of web surfing. It works great for that.
I haven't had any problems with reliability.

I haven't tried to do videos and MP3s, but I just wanted a reader. I'm very happy with it.

According to SmartQ7 specifications on its brochure. It is full-functioned.
But there is no full size can meet every demands.

Reader is a simple function for a MID.So you should pay attention to others.
