um... yes. yes, he lives in australia. that's it exactly. i hope that's not too much of a shock for you. he used to live at the north pole, but the cold got to be too much for his rheumatism. it's not easy being as old as he is, the least we can do is let him enjoy a warm climate.

Oh...well, that's good. Because Santa Claus certainly is in Australia, though he doesn't actually live here. All the chimneys here are blocked up at the fireplace end which kind of lead to a significant and claustrophobic problem for him and an odd smell from behind the redundant mantelpiece for me. Anyway so that he didn't go to waste I've made a few salad servers out of his ribs and use his spine as a back-scratcher. The rest...well, let's just say that the traditional Aussie Christmas dish of "braised wombat" was slow-cooked in a very "festive" stock that year.

What's that? The "Easter Bunny"? Not sure, but, totally unrelated, do you know how to spell "calicivirus" and "myxamatosis"...?

But I'm glad you all confirmed I live in a country that doesn't exist. Maybe I can now wake up from these weird dreams full of surfing Santas, hopping thingies with shopping bags on tummy, snake,spides and other creepy crawlies that don't like me. Now it makes sense that I couldn't get my precious here: Sony couldn't deliver to a country that exists only in some warped universe.

It's not warped... I just dinged it up a little when taking it out for a spin for my drivers license test (cursed righthanded universe with its steering wheel on the wrong side...).
