Definitely! I would love to see my nephew get a Superbowl ring. My brother got his ring the last time the Cowboys won the Superbowl. The rings are big and gaudy and I don't know that Mike ever actually wears the thing, but it is a great status symbol in the US Football arena. Besides, Adam is only 25. Can you imagine the thrill it would be for he and his team to play in the Superbowl (and actually win)!

By the way, if either the Saints of the Bengals make it to the Superbowl, my family and I are definitely going. Thankfully, it's in Miami this year, so we can stay with my mom and dad who live on the Gulf coast.

hey there folks! yes, I am still around under a new handle for the reasons shel shared. I haven't and won't publicly say my new name. most folks have figured it out, and the ones who haven't (who have been around for awhile) that indicate they want to know, I'll share with. this is the first time I've logged in under this name since I have changed the handle, so a few people will get messages to straighten it out!

in short, since this turned out to be a better blog/dairy of a lot of the stuff I was going through, and it IS a public forum, I decided to have it to fall back on if necessary. by the same token, I value being here and the firendships I have made, so I don't want to feel like I need to hide.

I wasn't allowed to use my computer again and I had chosen the "stay logged on" option. I had to turn in my id card which is used to log onto the computer with (as well as a password), so I have no idea how compromised this account may be.

anyway, cheers everyone!
