I just left the pooch at the groomers. She was trembling with fear when I left her, poor thing.

I'll pick her up in about 3 hours. She'll pee on the floor with relief and excitement when she sees me.

I'm only dressed because it was warmer in jeans than it was in jammies. I didn't exactly refuse to cook, but Chris had a craving for Culver's, so that's what we did.
I bought Thanksgiving dinner preparations (see Vent and Rant thread) yesterday, but forgot to get food for until Thursday, so I have to go back out sometime.

Right now I'm making a grocery list for "Appetizer Night". About once a month, the family and I pick a few of our favorite appetizers and all pitch in to create a finger food extravaganza! We'll set it all out during the Bengals Game this afternoon and "graze" for awhile while we cheer the team (hopefully) on to victory! It's great fun and the kids love it. I love that we all sit around together for a few hours and be a family. Life just doesn't get any better than this.
