I am making my airline reservations to Las Vegas for the CES in January. The hubby has to go for work again and this time I'm going too. The idea of leaving Ryleigh home alone with my older two kids is making me a little nervous, though.

Zelda, will you have any projections at the show this year?

We're home from the concert, (obviously, since I'm posting), and I only have one word: AMAZING! If anyone has not bought the new Night Castle album yet, I highly recommend it.
The only fault I could even remotely find with the show is that it's way too hard to know where to look. There were people in the back, people in the aisles, people on the stage, and lights, lasers, and flames everywhere. Simply wonderful!

I'm in the North of England, it was raining a lot but nothing bad (I even went out for a stroll just past midnight

) It's mostly the South that was affected, I believe.

yep, windy all night, still windy. no rain so far though, luckily. i don't like the wind though. it kicks up all sorts of dust and particles and irritates my allergies.

It's still rather stormy here, with big gusts of wind. There's a wobbly tree in next door's garden and I'm hoping that it won't come down. If it does, then it will land on my property.

We had that storm as tropical Storm then Hurricane then Tropical Storm Ida then a nor'easter off the Atlantic Seaboard. SUmkIII and I actually experienced it in Cancun last week right before we left.
