Oh but that's EXACTLY what I intend to do! I have a sculpture that I need to work on, and I'm also planning to download music samples so that I can work on the soundtrack of the video at the hotel. Except for the mandatory expedition to buy food, I am not setting one foot outside this week-end

It is a cover and it's for a second NaNo novel (looks like I'll be doing 3 after all, but not a trilogy).

The bottom half isn't missing, but I can see how it would look that way (design needs a little rejigging, not spent much time on it yet )

it doesn't *look* like the bottom is missing ; i thought that because the image seems to be twice as large as necessary (the extra space under it, in your post). it's gorgeous.

Well the first one is done 'bar the shouting' as we say. Probably release all three into Public Domain at the end of the month...probably...

Getting ready to go see Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Moline tonight

. Chris has been trying to get me to one of their shows since before I even moved here. We actually bought tickets the first year I was here, but had to turn around and come home 30 miles out of town due to blizzard conditions. No such concerns this year, it's in the 50's F. and no precipitation in sight.
