I know there's a couple of us here in the land of sun and fun.

So, to everyone in Panama City, Pensacola, Tampa, and Tallahassee...and everywhere else on the Gulf side of things...I hope you guys stay safe while Ida gives us lots of fun.

We've already lost power once here in the West Palm area. Right now we're getting pelted with nasty rain and it's windy enough that I don't want to be outside.

And I'm not even in the damn cone.

The last Tropical Storm that hit left a pretty nasty path of destruction. There were a couple of tornadoes that touched down within miles of me. And let's not even think about the week of flooding up on the treasure coast.

So - stay safe and stay dry everyone!!!
