I have this as my desktop picture - it's a photo I took at an Australian V8 Supercar race this year (I am, as my avatar probably suggests, a massive motorsport fan, and Holden Racing Team are my favourite V8 team).

Wish I could figure out how to take a screen cap, but mine's standard snow leopard with a fall background (picture from tennessee - so pretty...want to go)

(O/T) Melbournian - Thank you for your excellent Holdens. I love my G8 GT. =)

There's possibly a key-combination, but if you go to you Applications/Utilities folder you will see a utility called "Grab". You can probably figure out the rest from there, once you start the app and look at the menus.

Cheers,

IIRC Command+Shift+3 is the easiest way to grab a screen shot on a Mac.

No worries! I have a whole bunch of photos here for your viewing pleasure. Gutted at the motorsport season is nearly over...only two more weekends left of the V8s then it's three sadly motorless months for me!

And I would dearly love an HSV R8 or Monaro....but for now I'll have to settle for my Honda Jazz

I got a new monitor today... hooray. Widescreen 1600x900 resolution, so I need a new desktop background. Any suggestions?

It's always fun to learn something.

I think I broke the forum. Here's the vanilla link. Sorry if it doesn't work.
