Spring Design Lawsuit
I see that Spring Design has filed suit against B & N claiming infringement and breach of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. I am concerned that if the Court issues an injunction, nook may not ship in time for the holidays.
Any I/P lawyers out there that could weigh in on this issue? |
