Sony forums are a mess

Yes, I am saying that the Sony forums are a mess. What we need is a forum section for Sony in general and then sub forums for the specific devices.

The problem is that how do I post a message that pertains to ALL Sony Readers without duplicating the message?

Jon, can you define "mess"? The problem you are describing is one of the reasons why we opted for a single Sony Reader section, with the optional prefix.

What I believe Jon is commenting on is the fact that at present there are TWO Sony forums, so there is nowhere to post a message that relates to ALL Sony Readers - you have to choose one Sony forum or the other. That is, I believe, a purely temporary situation.

, I misunderstood. Yes, Harry is right, the older Sony Reader Forum (covering mainly the 505) is temporary until we found a best way to bring it together with new Sony Reader Forum.

Why not just make a new forum section that's general for all Sony Readers and put the current sections as sub forums to that one? That would solve the problem.
