Error message with XPATH wizard (.pdf)

I tried the wizard to remove unwanted footers, but keep getting an error message.
After I click on the icon and select the .pdf the following message window pops up:

ERROR: FEHLER: Unbehandelte Ausnahme: <b>UnicodeDecodeError</b>:'utf8' codec can't decode bytes in position 872-877: unsupported Unicode code range

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\__init__.py", line 169, in copy_to_clipboard
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode bytes in position 872-877: unsupported Unicode code range

Any ideas? I tried several .pdfs (german language) without success.

open a ticket and attach one of the PDFs that is giving you this error. I'll look into why it's happening.
