All I know is Amy is very helpful. My PP is boxed and ready to go in after a short nap I'll be shipping asap, so hopefully I can get a replacement asap.

i hope this baby with a faster processor than the sony 300 can read pdfs better. can it zoom pdf? i have a lot of unsophisticated and techinical pdf i would like to read.

With my limited experience, no not really. I mean you can some on PDF text, but I had another PDF made of jpgs and it was a no dice situation.

My turnaround time was very good. I shipped it Thursday and they recieved it by Tuesday of the week after. Then I recieved my replacement on Saturday. So about a week and a half after I shipped it. I think Amy is great. She always replies within like a day.
