And I'd recommend actually vomitting instead of just having an urge to. If nothing else, it might take your mind off the migraine for a few moments...

we've got something here called vogalib (the molecule is "métopimazine" according to the box) for nausea, it's large chalky tablets which you dissolve on your tongue, they have a very faintly sweet taste but other than that they don't taste of anything much, and i've found them effective. personally, i hate vomitting so much that i think i'd actually prefer feeling nauseous for hours rather than actually having to go through with it.

i see patricia prefers a more radical approach.

I have Aspalgin and Lucozade as my next trick, but I would rather gouge out my liver with a rusty dessert spoon than actually vomit (that, horses & trampolines are in my "Phobias" list...oh, and dry-decomposing from the inside out, and mob-tornadoes, and motile, tentacular fungus growing as lesions on my skin and pulling my body apart, and bees, and scaffolding, and public speaking, and Swarovzki figurines, and...)

see, that's actually how i feel too, but you say it so much better than i do. seriously, you should look into vogalib. i make sure i always have a box of it, *just in case.* (sort of like a security blanket. it's reassuring just knowing it's there.)

(i like trampolines though.)

I would far sooner get the vomitting over and done with than spend eternities feeling like I'm about to and wondering will-I/won't-I?, too nervous to do anything in case that's when my stomach decides to purge itself...

seriously, vogalib. it's like a miracle. it works almost instantaneously. i don't think i could live without it.

The prioritizing and sentence structuring of "horses & trampolines" suggests that, while you may fear horses and trampolines, your primary fear is Horses WITH trampolines. Working together. Watch out for them. Also, are Mob Tornadoes by chance tornadoes which work in Organized Crime? Cause if so, I think I'm scared of them too. Tornadoes with Tommy-guns and indecipherable New Yoyk accents...

Caffiene is a vaso-constrictor, and Codeine a potent painkiller. The combo does an effective job on migraines. The issue is that you build up a tolerance and the effectiveness drops.
