BBQ! Hope the weather holds (it's nice and sunny at the moment) so I can fire up the grill when I get home from work tonight!

Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream gravy. Lucky for me, that's what I'm making tonight.

That sounds good, had a tooth pulled yesterday so I'm on soup for the next few days. I'm already getting really tired of it.

But soup is so good! I made a delirious leak cream this week, and I want to make fresh corn soup this week end... I just love soups! On another hand, I'd probably hate having a tooth pulled. Good luck!

Right now: craving for cheese covered nachos with sour cream, guacamole and fresh salsa with loads of coriander.

Thanks, usually I enjoy soups as well but right now I'm craving something solid and a nice brisket cooked all day long on a slow grill and served with large amounts of potato salad and beer would be heaven.

Oh now that's just not FAIR!! Evidently, the concept of plain (not corned) beef brisket hasn't made it up here to the Frozen North. Me being a native Texan, I MISS MY BRISKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (<< is that the only sad smiley we have??? I need one who's got tears spraying all over the place!). The very few times we've seen it, it's been like six dollars a pound and my Scottish soul just won't let me do it. WAAAAHHHH!!!!!!
