I wish your brother the best, RSE, and hope you're not overly stressed. My wife had pains and palpitations one day this summer and after a trip to ER she spent another two days in the hospital while they ran every test they could think of (it's what happens when you have good insurance, I guess). They found nothing wrong and told her that, from a cardio standpoint, she was in excellent health (although she has other issues). That information was most welcome and very much worth all the worry and trouble.

That's scary, eh? Well, I can't really talk, I've only ever been the one carted to hospital amid protestations that I'm fine...

If it helps - if there IS something wrong, it's most likely fixable these days. Open heart surgery isn't fun, but it's not only survivable, it will generally lead to feeling a lot better.

Try Digital Editions, and DEactivation. It deactivated my Windows!!!!
I finally bought an ePub book, thinking it wouldn't be so bad, after seeing all the fans of that format here. Plus, that's the ONLY format the book came in, and it was a book I really wanted. So, I install/activate Digital Editions, restart my computer, and get hit with "You have two days to activate Windows...." I was and am NOT happy!

I know, Kenny. I hate Adobe, always have. I wish ePub books with DRM were governed (is that the word I want?) by ANY other company rather than Adobe. If it's going to become the de facto standard, like everyone says, it needs to play nice with all the other software on my system.

Aaarrgh! That is bad, I hope I go before my brothers, I'd hate going through that.

And BTW The idea of dying while using my liseuse is kind of appealing to me. Not that I wish to go that way but going quickly while doing what you love is a good departure. Oh! That or die playing soccer too...

You never know. even if neighbourman stays, maybe his aggravating aspects were a product of living with neighbourwoman and the reprobate. He might turn into a swell chap that cuts your nature strip for you and lends you his tools.

No?

Mangoes will do it, definitely. It's my favourite fruit and face-and-hand-wash (you can't eat a mango properly without experiencing the latter).

Adrian says, "Yes" and is blushing with love. Have you ever seen a gibbon blush so? It kind of looks like this:

Here's hoping all is well ... Luckily he bought something to do - as long, of course, he remembered to upload some books on it.
