There seems to be a lot of dischord on this issue.

Ah, that reminds me, does anyone know a good harp tuner? My A seems to be getting flatter as my harp ages.

Also, why is it that:

Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge?
Good Boys Deserve Fudge Always?

What do the girls get?

I am shocked that while everyone is concerned about Armenian Harp Care, dulcimers and zithers are being completely ignored and left out. They suffer from a tension deficit disorder just like the rest. Talk about classism!

you're right, this is absolutely shocking. although it is noteworthy that people are finally starting to tune in to this issue. perhaps the media attention will amplify it crescendo so that politicians won't be able to keep playing it sotto voce as they do on so many key issues.

not to harp on the subject, that is for the pun thread, but harp is the common slang for a mouth organ or mouth harp or harmonica

the care is easy, mostly to let them dry after each use, rinse them when needed, if something is damaged, they are generally thrown away and replaced with a clone

is this the new national harp plan?

As many Musical Pundits have pointed out, if dulcimers and zithers are included in the Harp Care Bill, it will bankrupt Armenia. And after all, the pundits point out, there are alternative tuners from which the zithers, dulcimers and others of their ilk can get harp care. And still many have chosen to cross over into Turkey in order to get cheaper harp care.

Let us hope that the current diplomatic talks between Armenia and Turkey can settle the border crossing issue once and for all, with a NEHCFTA (Near Eastern Harp Care Free Trade Act).
