I've never taken a dump in the urinal, but I imagine that most men have used the sink for "out of warranty" purposes...

The one I take is always the right one for me, especially if it has the blue wheelchair on the door. That door opens out, so you don't have to squeeeze past it, and the room is bigger, too! (I don't usually need the handles yet :-) )

Just to warm the royal throne: Centre. That way, you don't feel like you're "breaking your stride".
However, if it's to drain the one eyed trouser snake: Right (assuming the urinal is unavailable).
If it's to speak into the ceramic telephone: Left. It's more "out of the way" then.

I'm thinking of adding a urinal to my next bathroom upgrade.

But I wonder about its practicality when I'm on the ceiling...
