Don't know, personally I prefer the opus's style 300 have too many buttons. And the pink seams too pink. You have sometinhg more like fuchsia or dark red..
And, no heard about release date for France.
600 might interest me, not sure. I'll like a 7" better. Though it have some style really.

I agree (apart from the pink!). I'm checking it out in person today if they have them at the big Sony store here in NYC. And I *might* bring one home if they do! Not interested in the 600--touchscreen is nice, but I really like my 505's screen clarity and don't want to impair that. Plus, I can "justify" a more portable Reader easier than one that just has a few features I don't really need. As long as I can turn pages, I'm happy!!

I thought they weren't actually going to be available until the 31st. I would be anxious to here about the screen display on the 600 if you get a look at it. I've been seriously thinking of replacing my 700 with the 600.

The wife and I each ordered a 300 and 600. They'll be here Friday then we'll decide which to keep. Unless the screen on the 600 unbearable I'm pretty sure we're going with the touch.

I like the looks of the 600... The room underneath the screen is too large on the 300. And I hate pink...
