I'm curious if the content you can download into that Reader wirelessly could be downloaded through PC into the other readers

I don't see why not, as long as both readers are authorized to your account.

I'm assuming even the wireless purchases will show online in the Sony Library Store, and you can download the books to the Library Software, then transfer them to devices via USB.

It just wouldn't seem to make sense for them to do otherwise, why would they want to drastically reduce their potential audience by limiting them to the wireless model.

I guess the main challenge will be newspapers though, for non-wireless models you would presumably want them in the sony store before you left for work if you intended to read it on your commute.
