nobody else likes them ??? clearly you are living with a bunch of MADMEN (/WOMEN) !!!! sparrow is right, how *can* anyone resist that ??? if you need a bit of help finishing them off, i could, up, stop by for buns and conversation... also, have i mentioned the trebuchet ? just fling them in my direction, i'll make sure to catch them ! and all the windows are wide open...

4 buns gone 2 to go.

Only 2 humans in our house. The other one doesn't like cinnamon. Since I have to make white bread (not my favourite choice), I thought I would treat myself this morning.

Trebuchet launched with one cinnamon bun to Paris.

Trebuchet reloaded and launched with one cinnamon bun to the UK.

As Julia Child would say, "bon appétit!

my favourite bread is seigle (rye ?). fresh bread from the bakery, mmmm !!! even better is fresh home-made bread, but i don't think i'm that ambitious. although i have made some in the past. maybe this winter i'll do it again...

i don't have a bread machine either, but i have to say, a friend of mine got one and makes her own bread every couple of days in it, and it's DELICIOUS. if my kitchen were bigger i might consider getting one.

Mine stands permanently on my kitchen table, since I use it twice a week. Plus, when I feel nice, I start it for my friends too - nothing like popping up in a friend's apartment with fresh hot bread!

I love bread too! And it smells soooo good! I used to make bread by hand once in a while, before I got the machine, and sometimes I still make one by hand, just to have my hands in flour and dough - it's really therapeutic! But the machine is so easy to use!

Come on, give in, get yourself one!

I don't use recipes, I just follow my instinct when I make bread by hand

For machine bake bread, I use the Robin Hood site quite often, and could be able to dig up a wicked recipe for sunflower seeds bread and another for rye bread somewhere (never found them since I moved)
