The new Dr. Yi M218C (hardware the jetBook is based on) used four AA's. Looks interesting... when you convert the Chinese to English and suggested price in yuan to dollars it's about $250. But not as well suited as an ebook reader as the jetBook since it supports very limited formats (but hey, it has WiFi and supports flash animation! )

Is it available in US? I didn't find any information about new Dr. Yi M218C
