Dust spots? - Page 11

Just an addition to this thread, I purchased a 700 from Sonystyle store yesterday to upgrade from the 505.....dust all over the top right of the screen in the dark with the light on. I am thinking I will just return it, get my money back, and try the 600 when it releases

Guess I've become a victim of the dust bunnies as well. It's not that bad, I just noticed it because I turned on the light to read today. Bottom right corner. Are we sure that the PRS-505 doesn't have dust bunnies as well? After all it's only noticeable when there's a bright light.

The 2 reasons I would think probably not is that on the 700 there is a layer on top of the screen specifically for that light. When I use a book light on the 505 at night, I see no dust.
