No, you have to check: I want to create a poll, when you create the thread, and of you've done that, after you created the thread, you can create a poll. I just checked!

Hmm, it does mean I can make completely unfounded accusations and preconceptions and outright lies about devices! (as long as I do mention I've no idea as I don't own one or haven't even seen one!)
