If the 600 is $299 in the US, I wonder what it will cost in the UK? What am I talking about, it'll cost £299 this is Britain after all

yeah, if it makes you feel any better (not that it should), i'm sure it will be 299€ here, too. of course, there's always the possibility of importing it from the states...

A firmware upgrade for the 505 could be most welcome, particularly if it improves epub display. But I was thinking more along the lines of a trade-in like they did a year ago for those of us who had a 500 but wanted a 505. For a hundred bucks, I would consider that again.

I'm really liking the new 600! If the screen is as clear as my 505 and has all the options of my husband's 700 (plus a dictionary!) I'm gonna have to start saving my pennies!

Several newspapers said Sony will announce tomorrow. I guess they sent press kits to sites already, that's where HQ pics come from.

So the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Associated Press, Gizmodo, Engadget, and some others all have cool articles on this with quotes and photos from Sony. So what about MobileRead? Did we do something wrong?
