Just shrug it off.

I think the bottom line here is that RobertB knows that the Pocket Pro exists. We have been told it exists and many of us believe in its existence but some of us have been burned too many times in the past to believe until we see the item.

Also some of us who have been burned really want to believe but it's hard to believe sometimes. Call us "Doubting Thomases". We want to hold it in our hands before we believe.

I believe because 1) I really want to believe, and 2) it seems logical based on other information I have - e.g. Hanlin V5's existence, but I can readily understand those who are reserving their belief until they have more evidence.

3) I've already ponied up the funds for preorder. I'd hate to think of where Robert would be spending all that money. Especially if he cashed them out in 5's and 10's!

Exactly, it is a derogatory term used to signify that the user doesn't believe the product will ever exist or there is a high degree of probability that it will not.

This is true, if we can purchase the item and it's there for sale, it does exist. But, until this one is available for sale regardless of who else is using the same hardware, it's vapor. But in this case, I do believe it won't be vapor for long.

Dear All:

One thing all will learn, I am meticulously honest. It is a fatal flaw in some salesmen.

IF the Pocket PRO is vaporware... it is the best looking vaporware in six gogeous colors I have seen. Today we got the final versions of the "Maroon Lagoon" and "Fuscia Pink". Seeing all six colors next to each other is a bit too much for me to think Vaporware. It is more like Dreamware!!

AND... the best color in my mind is Slate Blue. We could maybe call it "Vaporware Blue" except it looks real. In 1966, Pontiac came out with their new GTO in Barrier Blue. The Slate Blue reminds me a lot of Barrier Blue.

I AM seeing them and touching them and reading from them, folks. There ain't no vaporware here. These babes are gorgeous.

While all may have been fooled and lied to before by others... pretty soon you are all going to be Dreamware Believers!!

ALL EZ Readers have "post holes" as they come with wrist straps. They do this not only for the wrist strap; but also so we can display them at Trade Shows and cable them so they are not stolen.

I have talked and pleaded with Fictionwise for Dictionary Support for almost a year. I have pleaded with both our factories. Most of the time they listen and act. Dictionary Support just does NOT capture their imagination. They ARE planning to have it... but no firm date is ever given.

I was in Books-a-Million last week, to see what readers they had for sale, and, not surprisingly, it was the 505. The page turns were as slow as the 500 that I had looked at Borders about 4 years before. I wasn't impressed.
