I am (at long last) getting amazingly organized. So, the current project is: creating my own monthly/weekly agenda to print out for my Outlink binder (which At-A-Glance has so thoughtfully decided to discontinue the refills for after only one year).

So, far I've got a good start on the graphics, now I just need to find some really good light-weight card stock to make the fold out pages. So, while I have this great burst of getting things done, I won't be around much (if at all).

However, head's up to anyone who liked that video of the young man dancing all over the world ... he wrote a book about it. (I posted something about that, but it looks like the title of the post could have been better .... damn near no views .... huh??)

Ricky, my husband pulled it up again this weekend and we all stopped what we were doing and watched it again. He even went a little further to read some of the information out there about the making of the video. I'll have to let him know about the book. Thanks again for the heads up about the video, even though the original post was before my time here at MR.

Thanks for the warning, Ricky. Glad you're getting organized, and if one of us was closer to the other one I've got a whole load of cardstock.

I'm currently researching laptops. My old one is broken. I did have an extended coverage, but I'm pretty sure it's dead. And if I understand the terms of said plan that would mean I'll just receive a refund equal to the original purchase price within a few weeks. But I suppose that also means there is no rush.

Actually I'm seriously considering a netbook. Even on the off chance that they do actually manage to repair my old laptop. The battery lives on some of these now is jaw dropping.

I wonder how much of the money really will be saved by their plans (as opposed to the numbers they've put on the spreadsheet). And how much is wasted in other ways. I'm guessing you've still got one or two avenues of appeal, so in good mock latin Nil illegitimi carborundum. (*)

Remember, it ain't over till it is over.

Force will be met by an unequal and apposite farce. It's me (I'll probably just frown a lot and be quite deconstructive rhetorically, and therefore somewhat irrelevant), and Adrian (who weighs in at whatever he damn well wants to, and the long arm of his laws are quite literal and percussive, plus he has the advantage of not so much bending time and space as using them as bludgeoning eviscerators on those who displease him - philosophically, quite crude, but apparently rather convincing).

Humanism is grand, capitalism is a fine theory as they go, but apeism gets results, or at least is the most fun.

Cheers,
Marc (Don't get me mad, or I'll frown at you)
