Okay, I'm freaked out

I periodically go to the Sony Style website and look at the readers and accessories for sale. Today, I got a shock when I saw that the PRS-505 is only shown in silver, red, and a special edition Michael Connelly blue one. The lightwedge cover is no longer shown on the website, either.

I didn't panic - colors could have been sold out, after all. However, they didn't list the PRS-700 either. When I finally found a link to the 700 on the Sony site, there was a message that said "this item is no longer available for sale."

What the heck is going on?
