I could not find locally, so I ordered from the manufacturer. No sales tax, if not in CA, or shipping if $25 ordered. |

Too bad they didn't sell the TravelFlex light locally, I wouldn't have bought the original one! Thanks Nwinter, or Natalie!!! I gave you Karma for that tip. The light is still very bright, so I don't know why they even sell the other version. Just thought someone might be interested.

You are welcome and I am glad you think the same. Small and handy isnt it. Although I am having a problem bending the silver one that I exchanged the pink one for in the same manner. I will have a closer look at it to figure it out. Unfortunately for me I am in the middle of reading a book book ( weird concept I know!) so 505 is having a rest for a few weeks then I will get back into "playing". Enjoy Natalie |

Wow this light looks awesome thanks for sharing. I am not waiting any longer for M edge to decide if they are going to come out with a light for the 505, I am ordering this one tomorrow. Does the light fit snugly in the elastic loop? I am just wondering if it moves around or stays put when you bend the light to where you want it ?

![]() IF M-edge ever get one made that fits the Sony, I MIGHT consider bying it then - would depend on how much I end up depending on the booklight (not much at the moment). |

So I am very picky, but all in all the light is the best I have seen, and is not bulky and heavy. I still put a nylon over the light, as it was just as bright as the light with 3 batteries. I just need a little bit of light. But it worked for me as I read alot yesterday with it. |

TravelFlex looks really nice. How long does the battery last approximately?

I don't know if anyone has had one long enough to give you that answer. But I would suspect it should last for quite some time. I have a flashlight LED with one battery, and it lasts and lasts and lasts. I think LED lights don't use much juice, or so I am told.

Did you get the M-edge too? I wonder why they are so cheap. By the time I decide they will be gone. I would go for the old ones because of cost. I can't see any differences. |

Yes, the covers finally arrived (I am going to take a few pictures). I think the difference is that the new covers are a bit wider to accommodate a book light positioned at the spine of the cover. It means the spine is softer and you can't really hold the cover open like a book - I always fold it over anyway, so it's not a problem. The wider spine also gives a bit more to hold on to, which is actually nice.

I love them. They are gorgeous! The only thing that could be better is if they did a version that didn't have the extra width for the light but in the pretty new colours ![]() I called dymocks to order my mighty bright light too so fingers crossed

Its just great to spread the might bright joy around. I am glad that you are all finding it as great as I did. I will have a look at the flex problem and yes, I was trying to bend it over closer to the light.

I have not used mine enough yet to know how long the battery last but a AAA is pretty cheap to replace and I would guess it would not drain to quick. Natalie |
