Kaz,
you haven't named your reader? you named your kids no?
I do have a habit of naming everything in my life since i was a kid.
I have a collection of mini cactuses (10+) all of em have names. I even lost (rotted) two and I keep their teeny pots with a lil sign with their names so the others can mourn... lol...
I need to name it?!?! If you knew how hard it was for me to come up with names for my kids (and my dogs) you would know that just thinking about naming my reader gives my hives!!

Thank goodness you are finally mended, DixieGal.

Honk! If I leave the house without mine I feel like something's missing ... I have to keep showing it to people, and I always make sure it's safe.

I'm currently trying to get used to reading on the bus - I always used to get car sick if I read in a car when I was a child, but I'm spending a lot of time on buses at the moment and it seems like wasted time otherwise. (If I look out of the window between each page and that seems to help, so I survived a half hour journey today with no bad effects!)

Doesn't have a name though - it's just the pink thing (pink cover!).

HONKhawwwwnnnnkkkk!!!

but! it's not like teddy bear love, it's more like coffee pot love. it's fantastic, it does a job that can actually be done another way, it's performance is superb! my life is severely less without it, but the instant it stops performing correctly it gets replaced! (never leave home without it though!)

Nuh, uh .... no she didn't!! The last karma she gave me was on the 15th of this month!!

However, y'all get points just for thinking about it. Am I over the 30,000 mark?? I'm too scared to look!

Really, I HATE waiting for milestones like that. It's enough to make me wish this year was going to be 60 already.

Mind you, I held on to that thumb sucking habit until I was fully eight years old!! I mean, really, isn't it enough that they get all bent out of shape when you wet your bed fully three years after you've taught yourself to read, must they also take away the blankie???

And, to answer your question, they buried it in the back yard the day we moved, and then didn't tell me about it until we were on the road. Would have been better if they'd just thrown ME out the car window!! I still haven't forgiven them!! JERKS!!

(Oh, and I taught myself to read at 2, so don't go getting all -- OMG -- or anything on me, OK??)

And, do I think it had anything to do with being taken away from my mother when I was two and not returned until I was four?? You bet your ass, I do!!

It's not the quantity of the karma, it's the ratio of the Dharma.
