It's hot and sunny out there this morning, after storms last night. HOWEVER... the big storms in TN are making their way down here and brining that cool weather. They are predicting near-record lows of 55-60 for the next several days, with highs only in the 80's. FTW Indeed!

oh my god it's like the farking apocalypse out there ! it was hot and sunny all day and then suddenly WHAM thunder, lightning, tempest winds and hailstones the size of pigeon eggs !!! i had to fight the window the get it shut and the hailstones were bouncing off the window frame and flying across the room !! sheesh, it could have put my eye out !!!

and the tree outside the window looked like it was about to be ripped up and go flying away through the air.

We have torrents of rain in Wales. Whatever happened to this year's predicted heatwave?

Zelda, maybe it's time to annoy your landlord by making him do some repairs. Surely you don't have the only faulty window in your building? Maybe several tenants could jointly request that he organises some maintenance?

We had it a couple of weeks back - all two days or so...
