Erm. Well, probably not according to some standards, but I was happy... I got a yellow rose in a glass bubble vase, a new basket for crochet supplies, and windchimes from Chris. I also took Jay to the midnight premier of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.
Plus I got lots of smiles and warm fuzzies from you all here on MR in this thread

I got a few emails from facebook friends/relatives, and a couple of ecards from Chris's family. I'd count it as "quiet but good".

Hey, if you were happy, that's all that counts. I won't be getting anything for my birthday .... unless the cats decide to grant me a day off from cleaning litterboxes or something. Which is rather unlikely.
