No, it's from "Twice Upon a Time" .... it was one of the most hysterical animated films of all time. The online version of it is (I'm told) all sanitized and G Rated, which means it's not worth viewing, but the original was FUNNY!!

Naked lunch was one hell of a movie. I love Cronenberg. Have you seen Dead Ringers? Now there was some haunting imagery.

I think it's Ricky's turn again. One for Ricky, zero for the rest of us.

No, it's not a David Lynch film.

It's in some sense related to films like "Lost in Translation" and "Sideways".

"Lost in Translation" I just couldn't get on with at all - nothing happened. There's only so long that I can stand watching people wandering around dark hotel corridors and, as it turns out, that length of time is much less than the length of a film.

"Sideways" I quite liked - stuff happened.

I think it's going to take a more knowledgable person than me to get that link.

OK, but since this was meant to kick off the thread, I'll add a hint more: The lead character is a dwarf, who will also play the role as a certain Tyrion in an upcoming tv version of a famous fantasy series.

Nope. But the answer is googlable from the hints I have given. If that doesn't work, we'll just have to wait untill someone knows who Tyrion is.

But I seriously didn't anticipate that this would be such a difficult one.
