Here's my brand new puppy Brownie. She's a Retriever/Basset mix, about 9 months old. We got her from a rural county pound deep in the Southern part of Ohio. She has a few minor health problems that we're working on, but she seems very happy in her new home.

I walked out the front door today to find this "little" guy on the front porch wall. He was roughly 6 inches across. I'm fairly certain it was a Wolf Spider, but on the big side for one of those. I've never known one of those to bite a person, as far as I know, they just kill insects. So, I leave them be.
