Well it's a sandwich, but the sand is omitted in the recipe.. =D

My faves are:

-Any meat and Ranch Doritos
-Fries in any burger
-ham, cream cheese and cucumbers (ads the crisp)
-i also love those cucumbers mini sandwiches used in parties... ::brain fart::: forgot the name...

Are those chipped butts hot? Cuz with fries, the deal breaker is if they are hot or cold. They must be scalding hot and fresh from the fryer. Otherwise, they are plain old fried potatoes.

Oh yes, they must be hot, and the chips must be fat, and they must be applied onto white bread with plenty of butter, so much so that the chips stick to said bread. Oh, I do love my chip butties

(you must also have lots of salt and vinegar on them for added tastiness)

Hmm... Temp makes a difference, also if they are curly or not. That would be fantastical with some seasoned fries.

Is it just me or is it missing the rest of a burger...

BTW America has called the chip butty and raised a pizza

See, this is the problem with you Americans. You take something perfectly good and reasonable like the Chip Butty and you make it all gigantic and unreasonably sized...what ever will we do with you
