Yes, I usually click on PRINT link and after it see the article in TEXT format only without any pictures. After it copy-paste and save as txt on my jetBook SD card. I already have a pretty big collection of interesting for me articles

I have both the Sony 500 and the Jetbook. I use pretty much only the Jetbook. I have a program which converts lrf files to epub or rtf and then I load them on the Jetbook. It's a great device and reads pretty much anything I've thrown on it.
I have over 2000 ebooks which I have managed to amass and I will hopefully get to a good portion of them on my Jetbook.

Note also that when the post you quoted was made (June) the new 300 hadn't even been hinted about, the price of a 505 was $299 at B&Ms (Borders) and the price of a white jetBook was $169 at that bed and bath B&M place. Not far off from half the price I figger!

Correct. The cost of Kindle was $359 that time (Kindle dropped the price on 07-08-2009)

I bought my jetBook for 20% off $199.00, and with free shipping 100 miles away. I did have to pay tax, however.

This was about 6 weeks ago, and in Arkansas. I don't know if it is policy or not. I came into the store asking a number of employees about it and saying that it was supposed to be there. Finally, a manager came over and they checked. I think they were surprised to know that the store had it listed - although, it was only a catalog order from the Arkansas location. I don't know if the manager threw in the free shipping or not.

I believe it's ABC Amber lrf converter. I have it on one of my old computers because it doesn't seem to work on Vista or Win 7.

Yes, I got it at BBB. With the coupon it was $200. When I went to the store they did not even know they had them. They were still in their warehouse! This was when they first came out.
