So, by now it seems safe to assume you are not Gandalf... But you're Gimli, son of Gloin. Admit it...

You have it confused, Gimli is a dwarf, not a troll . But that's not the correct answer either. I'm an ent, who has been waiting ages for something, crap, now I can't even remember what I've been waiting for...

Lol

That gives me an idea: Why not tell us your ent-ish name really slowly. When you're done the FW will have been realised..

No, it would probably get the hedgehog kicked out of here. (either for spamming or offensive language)

It all becomes clear ... ser1ius aka sirius was on the run from the Dementors. Bookeen did release the firmware, but they sent it to Sirius' home mailing address. Unfortunately, since he has been on the run it's been sitting in his mailbox. In fact, its about to be returned for non-delivery. Can someone skip over to his place and check out his mailbox?

I think it was scheduled for second June this year. Or late second quarter of 2009. Since the first quarter will end only once the FW is released, they have plenty of time till end of 2nd quarter...

Do you know the fairy-tale about a boy and a wolf?
How the boy was herding a flock of sheep and there was a rumour of a surge of wolf attacks going around. But the boy was courageos and defied the fear of wolf. And in his attempt at mocking the villagers, he'd call out "There's a wolf, there's a wolf coming", he did it once, twice and the villagers came to help. But the third time is a charm, as they say, and the third time the villagers didn't come, because they assumed the boy was trying to fool them again , but guess who showed up for the party - right, the wolf himself.
And the lesson of this story is that *trust* is a priceless thing and it shouldn't be toyed with.

It's annoying how often I see that story referred to as "Peter and the Wolf". Don't they know "Peter and the Wolf" is quite a different thing? (No, obviously they don't.)

Oh Oh! I have a lovely Disney version of "Peter & the Wolf." Young Peter sneaks out while Grandfather is sleeping and takes off to the woods to find a wolf. Along the way he meets Sasha the bird and Sonia the duck who continue with him. Ivan the cat almost eats Sasha but Peter stops him... Then they see the WOLF!!! Sonia is chased into the bushes and doesn't come out! Peter, Ivan & Sasha manage to tie the wolf to a tree. Sasha goes and gets some hunters to help them while Ivan and Peter watch the wolf. Sonia comes out of hiding when she sees the hunters and they all go triumphant back to Grandfathers house.

Such an exciting story! Of course it's nothing like "The Boy who cried Wolf" but you can't have everything.

The tale was meant as a metaphor. I hope we're on the same page here.

Yes, but I couldn't resist joining in the story telling.
