I apologize I thought that was just a hedgehog that got its snout stuck in a rice picker as a child. But no. That's one of those alien species that hang out in Oz, waiting ofr the next intra Galactic Bus, drinking large cans of beer and harrassing the sheilas.

We have some schooners in Canada, but I've seen no not hedgehogs.

You know, I could identify the echidna, but had no idea what a hedgehog looked like until this thread. I pictured a sort of gopher/mole hybrid.

I honestly didn't think I would be missed badly - otherwise I would have gone here shouting "Still alive" once in a while.

I simply had too much to do and too little time ...

Oh and I certainly dont have fleas! Not even not-fleas! I am a very clean animal (for a varying definition of clean).

I've seen a couple of otters, but they want to be anonymous. And I already thought about the problem of self-keelhauling (ugly word!), and found a solution, but then I thought: Nah, punishing me is not worth all this trouble. And so, with big regrets, I wont be keelhauled

Glad to see you back. Next time you're absent, please fill out the requisite forms with our personnel department. VR will tell you which ones they are after consulting with Zelda, who will first need to contact Marc, who will probably just blow it off.

Possible - but then I am easily surprised (e.g. I didnt know i would have to talk to AT LEAST FOUR DEPARTMENTS (City One, county one, county two, state) to even get the freaking plot number - and I only need this number to ask a fifth and sixth department for the owner of an estate which is spanning over two border between two counties...

okay, well maybe it could be *comparable*. then again... when Montsnmags gets involved in bureaucracy, it goes beyond even kafka ! (with an added dose of absurd !)
