ummm not to rain on your parade or anything Mich, but I think he has been keeping this as pretty much stuff from Amazon. ie; exclusive to Kindle owners

It was self-published so I imagine the guy who did it doesn't have the rights and was trying to cash in off of what he thought was public domain.

I believe those are pretty much her PD works. She was so prolific that there are probably a few more, but those are available through a variety of sources. Depends on the formatting whether $0.80 is too much to pay, I guess...

No. Even if you delete it from your Kindle, it will stay in your Media Library for future downloads.
