Right my sony 505 was connected the default storage icon was displayed and so was the secure disk. The reason I noticed the menu was grayed out was because I wanted to send a book to my 505. I ended up closing calibre and using the sony ebooklibrary app..

Can you try it again with beta 5, there have been a couple of changes to the SONY driver

I got the following while testing trying to convert a LIT to a LRF with Beta 4.

DX support works, although I will say that if you run calibre-debug -d right after installing, before ever actually running Calibre itself, you do get the following error:

SystemError: ('unable to find to find enum: Qt.SortOrder', <built-in function_unpickle_enum>, ('PyQt4.QtCore', 'Qt.SortOrder', 0))

I'm not sure this is worth filing a bug report over.

Not really, once you run the GUI and quit it. This error should go away

The file is viewable with ADE Windows now but with an error. The top level directory was created but not the second level.
