And waiting patiently for our French subcontractors to complete the cover art...

Just woke up, quite dizzy, from a thirty minutes nap (Marc, did you hit me again

) and found myself having to open two windows for MR: one to catch up with the music, the other fot the llama produced otters...

Getting dizzier by the second!

I adore teaching, but hate working. If I could just spend my time working with the kids in the classroom and not have to deal with all the extraneous garbage, I would be happy to work. Unfortunately, there is no way to get away from it and that tarnishes my time with the kids.

I know *sigh* the job became a lot less fun and exciting when the paperwork starting piling up. If I wanted red tape, I'd join the government, and write reports on which missiles are hiding where, and what color underwear the leaders of the not-so-free nations are wearing on any given day... I think you should be an assistant. All the kid time with none of the hassle/planning. Unless you get a teacher who decides you are her paperwork assistant... scratch that....

Ah, that's where I went wrong. I wonder if I could fashion model underwear from home as a freelance job? I am good at that. Or old clothes that double as jammies (that is the outfit I am currently wearing, on my first day NOT going anywhere). I am going to have to figure this thing out. But I'm afraid I'd spend ALL day on the computer, in my underwear instead of doing any work or bathing. I think I need a job just to make sure my hygiene is in check...

Ouch.....I usually keep my head shaved in the summer. So I really do feel your pain. Quite too often in fact. I still have not found a really great method for shaving my nogen. I wish there was a shampoo that took the hair off your head for you while you showered that would make it so much easier.

Don't forget to closely inspect the finished cover art for holes. You never can be too careful.

You need to take it very slow and use lots of whatever your preferred shaving medium is (soap, foam etc). Oh - and you need to keep it sharp!

Not speaking from personal experience but the yeti (hubby) uses a straight razor on his face - it's the only thing that doesn't give him a bright red, irritated face.

When I do it, I tend to use LOTS of shaving cream, and keep adding, and use something with as many blades as possible, and being careful. It helps a great deal to clip with a no-blade first. I've stopped completely shaving since moving to Noosa, as I spend so much time in the sun that I'd just be creating a melanoma collection plate, though I still go the no-blade option with the Wahls (and then wear hats, and suncream when swimming). My head goes from near-bald to a sticky-out mess that annoys me enough to clip it again. Right now it's about a third of the way there.

Just got off a marathon texting session with Ricky. She's fine, had some severe weather in her area though.
Also made green chicken enchilada casserole (green with tomatillo salsa).
Helped my neighbor bury that black edging stuff for our shared flower bed. My nailbeds will never be clean again!
Reading Maggie Sefton's second book, "Needled to Death" I love the books, but they make me want to learn to knit. I've tried it - I'm NO good at it, and need to stick to crochet....but those books make me want to pick up knitting in the WORST way.
