Hmm, it really depends on what you like to carry with you.
If its just a Laptop and a few papers, then one of the smaller, sleeker cases by Wenger Swiss Gear and Kipling are nice. If you are like me and carry everything but the kitchen sink and want a lot of pockets, then Wenger Swiss gear have some great backpacks with a tone of pockets. While I've used Case logic, Targus & samsonite Backpacks, I've never been as happy with them as I've been with the one I currently use which is a Wenger Swiss Gear Hudson. Its been the best balance of Price and Performace i've used for quiet a while. |

But I like to use my laptop backpack too if I'm going away for a weekend (with laptop, naturally). A decent sized bag makes sure I don't have to bring a second one. I'm perfectly happy with my Targus as well, except to the fact that it is starting to show more threads than seams... |

![]() Still there are times when you need a Bigger bag, so I tend to use three separate bags, depending on where I'm going and waht i'm going to be doing. For When I'm just heading out for a short while and need just my laptop and perhaps a couple of books I use a Pakuma - Choroka K2 Messenger Bag Which is pretty light, and can fit upto a 15" notebook and has a couple of pockets to store small items. When I need to carry my SLR or other heavier items, then I use my Swissgear Hudson Backpack which allows me to carry everything easily and being a backpack is easier to carry more stuff. And for when I literally need to carry the kitchen sink in terms of volume or weight I have a eBags - Router Wheeled Laptop Convertible Which I can either carry like a backpack or pull behind me, which can be a real blessing at times. |

My favorite computer backpacks are by PacSafe. I like the Metro 300 as well as the DaySafe series. Mostly because they discourage theft.
If I'm going to be rolling stuff, then my person preference is for the Foray Mobile Workmate which is fantastic for moving a lot of books, computers, pens, cords, and anything else around. It comes with enough inserts and pockets to organize everything, plus, less strain on your back. Granted, that's more important to me now that I'm older, but if this thing had been around when I was a student, and there had been more elevators and less steps around UCLA, I would have grabbed one in a heartbeat. |

Crumpler bags are awesome. Very well made and have well thought out designs. A little bit expensive though.
Checkout the apple store they have a wide range of bags to cheak out (with reviews) so that might help you pick http://store.apple.com/us/browse/hom...mco=Mzk2ODc0NA |
