Did I even hint at sticking metal spikes up anyone's butt?? No .... I said "skewed" ... as in a off level, or out of statistical normality. And, I wasn't the first one to say it, mind you. That was krisk. I'm not in my Vlad Tepes mode today.

Oh, and a lot of the Sony owners are in locations where they are not "permitted" to own a Kindle, or they thought (strangely, in my personal view) that the Sony was the better product. So, sure, there are probably a lot more Sony owners than Kindle owners. Doesn't make me love my Kindles any less.

You only get ONE vote so quit whining. Sony owners only get one too.

Not being permitted to do something doesn't mean you can't do it, tho, right, RM?

It does tend to make for less people voting Kindle than Sony, though, if you get my drift.

That most Kindle owners are "older" and don't haunt boards like this?

So we know they are out there, right ? shouldn't we get some "obviously if they are they would vote we'd win, so why not let us win now anyway??"

it's like this dg.... say chevy was only available in the states, and vw's were available everywhere. the vw's are better known and cheaper and have world wide availability... who wins?

No, pretty much what krisk just said. If it's cheaper and more widely available, more people are going to buy one. The market basically turns on those two points.
