Introduction

Trying to understand the eLibrary software. It installs on one Vista machine and not the other. It seems to be a permission problem.

The one it does install on, it freezes when you try to delete something or Vista closes the eLibrary.

The reader seems to be a nice tool but the PC software is causing me nothing but problems.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi d2xj52 and welcome to MobileRead. I'm using XP and have it installed on two machines. Vista users will chime in here soon with advice.

I have a Kindle, so can't help you there, I just wanted to say I also run Vista and Calibre, and have never had any problems with it.

However, someone else from the Sony side is sure to follow with great advice.

Vista 32 bit or 64?

What eReader do you have?

What are you trying to delete and how are you trying to do it?

Which Version.. US UK etc ... on eReader?

I just know that these are some of the questions I see that are asked when help is being given...
