Reminds of one job where we were going for ISO9000 (I think) - basically the guidelines said that you had to have a procudeure for dealing with, say, customer complaints and you had to stick to it. Apparently I wasn't taking things seriously enough when I suggested that our plan just be "throwing them in the bin"...

It's absolutely gorgeous here today. Thank goodness the rains have finally stopped and things can dry out! I've already done some gardening, we're putting in a new perennial bed, and I am now going to spend the day outside on my patio and enjoy the fruits of my labor!!

Another warm, sunny day here. It feels more like a Scottish summer than spring! Strawberries and cream on the menu for today (and tomato and mozzarella with fresh basil I think -- zelda made me hungry).
