Yes, the really hot weather hasn't hit yet.

We'll know its truly summer when we flush the toilet and get third degree burns if we don't get off fast enough.......

There is no such thing as cold water from the tap, or bath faucets.

And why??? Because the idiots who build these houses put the waterlines in the walls.....and the ones in the ground are barely over 12" down, if that much, damn the codes.

then again, it isn't their fault you need potholders to hold the steering wheel when you get back to your car......

Haha, true - when everyone else waits for the hot water to get hotter we are waiting for the cold to get cool!

I remember the first time my husband (then friend) came to visit me in AZ from NI (it was the latter part of Sept.) and left his sunglasses on the car dash. I wanred him a few times, but he didn't listen. Next day went to put them on and let out a howl!!! Hey, sunglasses left on car dashboards become branding devices in AZ!! The outcome: he NEVER did it again! Lesson well learned.

Well, my pool comes surrounded by palm trees, with a "beach" area, a Balinese "hut", a swim-up bar, a waterfall, and if I invite some specific friends up from Sydney, a whole bunch of hunky guys (fresh fruits?) (Conditions apply: interraction with the female of the species not guaranteed).
