It's not really something to rant about (especially not in comparison) and I do apologize for the double post ..

ATM my girlfriend, our dog and I are living in a small one room flat. Its nothing to rant about and totally fine but I really would love a second room (my girl friend likes to get up early, I like to stay awake long). And now we had an offer for a nice little two room flat, roughly 20m away ... Two rooms? With a (small but nice) little winter garden / sun room? And enough storeroom (an attic under a not-isolated roof)? AND we would have been able to pay for it (it would have been *very* narrow (more or less on the Euro), but we would have been able to pay.
But ... I've just received word that the rent is going to be raised somewhat ..
