Good decision. Mine hates everyone except me and my husband. Have no clue why, he's always been treated with love.

Daughter picked him off street before he was completely weaned, I believe. We were surprised he lived.

that would explain a lot actually, if he is a bit, hm, unhinged. kittens need to stay with their mothers for several weeks (at least until they're weaned completely), if you take them away too young they can have a whole variety of troubles. he was lucky you're daughter found him and you gave him a good home !

We picked ours from the street when he was about a year old. It was too late, he was already unhinged...
