The restore was successful, which I'm very happy about... Do you know how to update from version 10.1.0 to the newer version? OTA no longer works... update.zip on SD card doesn't work either...

This will install firmware version 12.2.0 (Android 4.4.2). The recovery will also be overwritten. You will then be able to update to 16.2.0 via OTA.

I'm trying to do exactly the same thing, but the update doesn't work... I upload update.zip to the SD card and nothing happens, I restart Tolino, the update doesn't start...

Copy update.zip to the root directory of the Tolino device. Safely eject the device and disconnect it from the PC. Press and hold the power button, then select restart.

Unfortunately, after restarting the system starts normally, no update is performed

Hi all,

Thanks for all the tips in this thread. I have a tolino vision 2 that after a reset is stuck on the language select screen.

I tried the steps in this thread and got the fastboot working and found out that the tolino is running android 4.4.2. by booting the TWRP and inserting a few prompts.

Does anyone have the back up for android 4.4.2. version? I'am also wondering how to install the back up as when I open USB station on my laptop of the tolino it only say internal storage and when i click on this there is only a map named TWRP. No map called SD-storage like in movie in this thread.

Hope someone can help, thanks in advance!

Does it look like what’s shown in the photo I’ve attached? Is the SD card volume missing?
Just in case, make sure to save your faulty `mmcblk0.img` file first, you might need it later.
Tolino Vision 2 TWRP+PULL-mmcblk0

After that, reflash `mmcblk0` with a different image.
Tolino Vision 2 TWRP+PUSH-mmcblk0
