Sage Factory Reset Itself Last Night

Well, thank goodness for Calibre. For some reason, the wife's Sage decided to reset itself sometime last night. At about 0400 hrs, she noticed the LED flashing. The screen wouldn't come on, so she just plugged it in. This morning, I picked it up and it was actually off instead of Sleeping. Powered it on and it greeted me with the "choose your language" screen and went on from there. After it finished the setup and I used Calibre to remove the unwanted Previews and Recommendations it stuck on there, I copied all her books and reading positions back from Calibre. She only lost last night's reading position.

Hopefully, the problem was just a database corruption and not something physically wrong with the thing.

Sounds as if it updated to 4.38.23852 and the update ran into a problem. Most likely database corruption which will trigger replacing the database with a blank database.
